A semantic triple is a statement in three parts, subject, predicate and object, such as “Example Studio offers brand design”. Structured data and knowledge graphs store facts as triples.

Why Semantic Triples matters
Clear, factual sentences are easy to turn into triples, and vague ones are not. Plain statements about who you are and what you do are easier to trust and reuse.
How to measure or use it
Read your key pages and list their facts as triples. If you cannot, the page is too vague.
How I handle it
I use this as an editing test: if I cannot state a fact in one clear sentence with a subject and a verb, the page is not ready.

Semantic Triples questions
Do I need to write triples by hand?
No. Write clear sentences, and use markup to state the same facts in a machine readable form.
Where do triples show up in practice?
In knowledge graphs and in structured data, where each property is a fact about an entity.
