Years as Founder

The Short Version

I'm 26. I've been building things on the internet since I was a teenager, and I've been running businesses since I was 22.

My first company, ECOM PANDA, is an ecommerce agency I started over 4 years ago. We help brands grow on Shopify, Amazon, and DTC channels. Running that agency taught me something that most engineers never learn: what it feels like to be the business owner. The one paying for the tools. The one who needs things to work, not just look impressive in a demo.

That perspective changed everything when I moved into AI. I started freelancing in AI automation, building workflows and integrations for small and mid size businesses. Zapier chains, Make scenarios, custom scripts that connected their CRMs to their email tools to their spreadsheets. It worked, and clients kept coming back asking for more.

But automation has a ceiling. When ChatGPT and Claude got good enough to reason, to use tools, to make decisions, I saw the next step clearly: AI agents. Not bots that follow scripts. Systems that own tasks. That was the shift from "automate a workflow" to "replace the workflow entirely."

So I went deep. RAG pipelines, vector databases, multi agent orchestration, voice AI, production monitoring, cost optimization. I built on AWS because that's where serious infrastructure lives: Bedrock for models, Lambda for compute, S3 for storage, SageMaker when the project calls for it. 109 production systems later, I know exactly where AI projects break and how to make sure they don't.

What I Build Now

AgenticMode AI is my new company, focused entirely on AI agents and AI systems for businesses. Voice agents that answer your phones. RAG chatbots grounded in your actual data. Automation agents that handle the repetitive work your team shouldn't be doing. Multi agent systems that coordinate across your entire operation.

I work with small and mid size businesses across industries because those are the companies where AI makes the biggest difference. A 50 person company that deploys the right AI system can operate like a 200 person company. That's not a pitch. That's what I've seen happen.

Deep on AWS

Most of what I build runs on AWS. Bedrock for foundation models and guardrails. Lambda and ECS for compute. S3 and DynamoDB for storage. CloudFront for edge delivery. I've spent years in this ecosystem and I know how to build AI systems that are fast, secure, and cost effective at scale.

How I Think About This Work

I've been the founder. I've been the client. I've been the engineer at 2 AM debugging why an agent is hallucinating in production. That combination means I don't build things that are impressive on a slide deck. I build things that survive contact with real users, real data, and real edge cases.

Every project starts with one question: what's the simplest system that solves your actual problem? Sometimes that's a sophisticated multi agent pipeline. Sometimes it's a well built chatbot with good retrieval. And sometimes I tell people they don't need AI at all. A SQL query and a cron job would do the job.

If you have a business problem that might benefit from AI, I'd rather spend 30 minutes on a call telling you honestly what's possible than sell you something you don't need. That's how I've built every client relationship I have.
